Description
The Klosterwirtschaft is in a distance of approximately 15 km from Regensburg, in the Valley of the river Naab. It is surrounded by beautiful and romantic pituresque landscapes. The restaurant with a bed and breakfast is ideally located directly at the riverside, Its terrace is overlooking the river and the waterfall. The 300-year-old restaurant is delicately positioned on the side of a monastry, which possess a famous catholic bell church from the baroque time. The valley of the river Naab is a very attractive escape, offering recreations such as bike rideing, nature walks, canoeing and rock climbing. For celebrating any kind of parties and ferstivals the historic hall - the former brewery of the monastry - is just the perfect Location. The restaurant is accesible from two highways - The A3 and the A93, the distance is about 8 km each.

We were super satisfied. We sat on the terrace in the direction of Naab, the food was very tasty and large portions. I had a Wiener Schnitzel that was very tasty. Almost too much, there were 2 pieces. : D My buddy had the pork knuckle that was one a. The roast pork and pasta were also very good. The natural cyclist is also highly recommended. :) Top view. Operation top. Keep it up :) The beer garden of the monastery restaurant is also very nicely laid out, next to the church tower. Everything looks very nice. You feel very comfortable.

Very nice beer garden, the terrace is fantastic. Very tasty food, the landlady is very nice and accommodating. The prices are ok too.

I was there for the first time today, (in the beer garden) the beer garden was ok, but the veal schnitzel was the worst I have eaten so far, mine tasted like it was fresh from the deep fryer that of my friend looked like 20 schnitzel have already been made in the pan. It's a shame that you can't give half a star.

We had our Christmas Party here with over a hundred people. The food was delicious with an amazing selection and there was more than enough.The service was excellent and friendly. They took care of all the responsibilities and the room was decorated beautifully. I would not hesitate to recommend this place for a large or small gathering.

Super terrace on the Naab. Good beer and a nice and friendly service. The salad with fried chicken breast strips and champions was not a highlight. Champions were over and some of the fried chicken breast strips were not yet through.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Wonderful atmosphere in a quaint old style German guesthouse. The service staff were very helpful, and spoke very good english. The food was fantastic, with a choice of classic German, Italian, and surprisingly a fish and chips! The stay was topped off each night, falling asleep to the sound of the river behind the place, a perfect end to a great time in Bavaria.
